Requirements for Pre-Registration:
Pre-Registration Pre-K Information- Parent must bring the student in person
- Enrollment Package – ALL documents
- Two Proofs of Address (Utility Bill, Lease, etc.)
- Proof of Date of Birth (Birth Certificate or Passport)
- The Offer Letter
- Immunization Records
